Security, HIPAA and auto sign-out
How Willa protects client information and how to set the idle sign-out time.

BAA
A Business Associate Agreement covers health information handled by Willa.

Auto sign-out
Choose 5 to 60 minutes. The default is 15. You get a 60-second warning first.

Access
Each person only sees the companies they belong to.
Common problems
- I keep getting signed out.
- Increase the idle timeout in Settings, up to 60 minutes.
- We need a copy of the BAA.
- View it any time on the BAA page in the site footer.
