Managing multiple locations
Run several locations under one group with a company switcher and combined reporting.

Who can do this: Group owners and admins.

Add a location
Create or link another company to your agency group.

Switch locations
Use the company switcher at the top of the app. Data never mixes between locations.

Head office reporting
The Group page shows leads and appointments across locations, and a weekly summary email.
Common problems
- I can't see another location's leads.
- Switch to that company with the switcher, or use the Group page for combined reports.
- A coworker should only see one location.
- Invite them to that location only.
