Leads are not coming in.

Make sure you are an admin of the page and that you approved all permissions during sign-in. Meta lead access may also still be under review.

My page isn't in the list.

You need to be a page admin, not an editor. Ask the page owner to update your role in Meta Business Suite.

Disconnect Meta in Settings and connect again, leaving every permission checked.

Meta can take a few minutes. If it stays pending, delete the test lead and send a new one.

Only leads submitted after you connect are sent to Willa. Export older ones from Meta and import them as a CSV.

The person who connected may have lost page admin access or changed their Facebook password. Reconnect in Settings.

Connect Meta
Click Connect Meta and sign in with the Facebook account that manages your business page.

Choose your page and ad account
Pick the page your lead forms run on.

Submit a test lead
Use Meta's lead ads testing tool and confirm the lead appears in Leads.
