Who can do this: Owners and admins copy the snippet; your web person installs it.

Open the Website page
Copy the chat widget snippet.

Paste before the closing body tag
Most website builders have a 'custom code' or 'footer scripts' setting.

Test it
Open your site, start a chat and leave test details.
Check it worked
Open your website in a private browser window, start a chat and check the lead appears in Family inquiries.
Common problems
- The chat bubble doesn't appear.
- Clear your website's cache and check the snippet is on every page, usually in the footer scripts setting.
- It shows on my site twice.
- The snippet was added in two places. Remove one.
- Chats aren't becoming leads.
- A chat becomes a lead once the visitor shares a name and phone or email.
