Before you start
- An API key or token from your care platform (ask their support team if you don't have one)

Connect
Owners and admins enter the connection details from your platform.

Push a client
From a lead record, send the client to your platform when they sign on.
Common problems
- The connection fails.
- Check the key was copied fully and has permission to create clients.
- A client didn't appear in our platform.
- Check the record has a name and phone, then push again. Errors show on the lead record.
